James "Jim" Frances Kelley, 86, of Kokomo, IN passed away on July 21, 2024 at home peacefully with family and friends. He was born on September 19, 1937 in Kokomo, IN the son of Marion and Nellie Kelley (McQuire).
Surviving relatives include his daughter, Kelly Kuhn (Thomas); son, James Todd Kelley; grandchildren, Torie Rothchild; Jeremy Rothchild; Joshua Kuhn (Kimber); Clayton Kelley, and six great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Mildred Kelley and daughter Sherrill Looker (Curt).
