

Larry Randolph, age 83, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025. He was born April 11,1942 in Kokomo, Indiana to William and Vitula (Hudson) Randolph. He attended and graduated from Kokomo High School and went on to work for and retire from Chrysler. He enjoyed a wide variety of activities. He loved doing puzzles, word searches and making hand-crafted bead work in custom Indian designs and personal inspirational designs. He also loved dressing in pre-1800 attire and camping in the same era style with family and friends at the Trail of Courage, Redbud.
Larry was very active and involved in his community. He worked as the Indiana Heights Volunteer Fire Department's Assistant Chief, as well as an arson investigator for Howard County. He was a member of the Fulton County Museum, Sipokni West Gunfighter Actors, and the ME-TO-CIN-YAH Longrifles. He was a Boy scout and Eagle scout. Larry was also very passionate about his faith in God and his family. He was a member of the Rock Harbor Church in Oklahoma, as well as a Deacon for the Northgrove Church in Miami County, Indiana. He will be missed and remembered by people all across the country. He never met a stranger.
Surviving family includes his children, Michael Randolph (Michelle Morrow), Shanon Sharrock, Russell Randolph (Cara Randolph), and Dominick Moore; grandchildren, William Randolph, Cyndi Randolph, Shoal Sharrock, Shea Sharrock, Jeffery Randolph, Michel Smith, Aaron Randolph; sisters-in-law, Ava Ogden and Joyce Mooney; great-grandnephew, Brett Randolph (Laura Randolph); as well as 6 great-grandkids and 1 great-great-grandkid.
Larry was preceded in death by his father and mother, William & Vitula Randolph; his wife, Bonnie (Mooney) Randolph; brothers, Richard Randolph and Jack Randolph; son-in-law, Michael Sharrock; and multiple in-laws; mentioning in remembrance, Rick Abresch, Larry's best friend and mentor, as well as Mickie Abresch, Rick's loving wife.
A visitation for Larry will be held Friday, July 18,2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ellers Mortuary and Cremation Center, 3400 S. Webster Street, Kokomo, IN 46902, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Larry will be laid to rest at Albright Cemetery, 3910 Albright Road, immediately following the funeral service.
