Rise Marie Behler

Rise Marie Behler passed away on September 24, 2019 at the age of 66 in her home. Born on January 10, 1953, to Bernard and Wanda Behler, she was the beloved sister of Joe (Sandra) Behler and Tom (Sheilia) Behler, who survive. Other surviving family members include niece Mary (Dan) Buckalew, nephews Drew (Mandy) Behler, Russ (Mary) Behler and James (Quinn) Behler, five great nieces, one great nephew, and loving aunts and cousins. Rise graduated from Kokomo High School in 1971 and studied at IUPUI. She retired from Delphi Corporation where she was an administrative assistant in Systems Engineering. She loved to travel and lived in California, Florida and New York before returning to Kokomo to reconnect with family and assist in caring for her parents until their passing. She enjoyed reading and photography, arts and crafts, and writing poetry. Rise had a beautiful smile and a joyful laugh, and she loved her independence. We miss her dearly.
