Samuel (Sam) Wayne Gentry, Jr. 44 of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on August 4, 2024. He was born on April 6, 1980 in Elkhorn City, Kentucky, son to Samuel Wayne Gentry, Sr. and Tommel Lynn (Rowe) Gentry, they both preceded him in death.
Sam loved fishing, drawing, tattooing and getting tattooed. He did many of his own tattoos.
He is survived by his brother, David Gentry; stepbrother, Billy (Christina)
Burden; stepsister, Tiffany (Steven) Finnell; and stepfather, Darrell (Penny) Burden along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins in Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky.
