Scott Robert Grimes

Scott Robert Grimes, 46, of Kokomo passed away Thursday October 10, 2019 at his residence. He was born February 18, 1973 in Tipton to Robert A. Grimes Sr. and Vicki A. (Fye) Dunlap. Scott graduated from Kokomo high school in 1991. Scott enjoyed riding his Harley. He enjoyed Christmas and playing Santa for everyone. He loved his dog "Snow Bear". Scott had a big heart and would help anyone. He loved his whole family, and cherished the time spent with them. Scott was survived by his parents, brothers Jeff Grimes (Jonalee) and Robert Grimes II, sisters Tracy Fleenor and Melissa Jones (Cory), five nephews, three nieces, several extended family members and friends. Those who have passed before him are his grandparents, brother Chad Grimes, brother in law Mitchell Fleenor, nephew Derek Grimes, great nephew Callan Fleenor-Reynolds, and his beloved dog, Bear. A time for gathering will take place Wednesday October 16, 2019 at Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel from 3pm to 7pm. The funeral service will take place Thursday October 17, 2019 at 11am. Burial will take place at Crown View cemetery in Sheridan Indiana.
