

Wanda M. (Klingerman) Malone, 97, Macy, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2011, at her home. She was born April 20, 1914, in Howard County, to Chester and Pansy (Robertson) Douglas. She was married to John A. Klingerman and Robert G. Malone and both preceded her in death.
She worked for 30 years as secretary for United Steelworkers Union #1054 and also worked after her retirement at the Burlington Clinic and Kelvie Press. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Kokomo.
She is survived by her children, Mike (Janice) Malone, Nyona Lake, Myra (Dick) Sanburn, Kokomo, and John J. Klingerman, Lehigh Acres, Florida; 15 grandchildren, J. W. Klingerman, Kelly Wheeler, Mark (Jill) Klingerman, Chris Klingerman, Stacy Doerner, Dick (Crystal) Sanburn II, George (Kim) Sanburn, Angela Sanburn, Stephanie (Bill) Brutus, Nathan (Karen) Sanburn, Nicki (Brian) Alexander, Johnna (Brad) Myers, Chad (Jessica) Kile, Keith (Ruthanna) Kile, and Kevin (Kristin) Kile; and 31 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy (Gene) Parks.
The funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Chaplain Ann Beattie officiating. Burial will follow in Crown Point Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Hope Hospice of Fulton County.
