William James King

William "Billy" James King, 57, Kokomo, passed peacefully on June 6th, 2018. Billy was born on July 20th, 1960 in Kokomo, Indiana to Nathaniel King and Darlene (Majors) Scott. He is survived by his step-father Gary Scott, children Nathan (Chelsea) King, Trevor King, and Hannah (Nick) Dobbs, sister Carla (Scott) Chism, grandchildren Grayson King, Austin Main, and Kendell Dobbs. Billy attended Kokomo High School before enlisting in the United States Army in 1977, serving proudly until 1987. He enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a lifetime member of Full Gospel Tabernacle Apostolic, where his father was a pillar and highly respected. Billy's out-going and caring personality will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Services will be Wednesday June 13th, 2018 at 6:00pm with Pastor James Ball officiating. Family and Friends may visit from 4:00pm until the time of service.
