Brooke Douglas

On Tuesday, August 9, 2022, Brooke Danielle Louise Douglas, beloved wife of Andrew, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep at the age of thirty. A San Diego native, Brooke graduated from West Hills High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in business communications from Arizona State University in 2013. She recently earned her MBA from Purdue, graduating on December 18, 2021. Andrew and Brooke met when they were both students at Arizona State. They were married in 2013 shortly after their college graduation.

She will be deeply missed by her loving husband Andrew, her parents Jim and Julie Spradlin, brother AJ and sister-in-law Jayme, as well as her extended family, friends and co-workers from around the world.

Brooke was a woman of deep Christian faith who lived out her life in Christ by loving others. She had a beauty, intelligence and a sense of humor, as well as the gift of making others feel heard and loved. She will continue to inspire all of us who knew her to love others and to live out our lives to our fullest potential.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 11:00 am at Erickson-Anderson Mortuary followed by a committal service at Miramar National Cemetery at 1:15 pm.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 3:00 pm at NuVasive Experience Center in San Diego.
