

He was born to Jay and Ellen Eskridge on March 10, 1970 at Anaheim Community Hospital. One year later he moved to Santee, CA. and then Fletcher Hills in 1975. He attended Fletcher Hills Elementary School, Parkway Junior High and Grossmont High School. He played Football and Wrestled, going to CIF state wrestling tournaments his junior and senior years. He attended Grossmont Junior College. While in college, Jeff worked for Don Locy Chevron and Blockbuster Video.
He moved to Orange County when he was 20. He lived and worked with his cousin, Steven Baggett. He met his wife, Paige Blodgett while living with Steven. Later, he worked for McCarthur Distribution. Jeffrey and Paige had 2 daughters, Kiley and Cassidy. Jeffrey coached them in youth softball and became president of Garden Grove ASA. He later coached Kiley at Fairmont Preparatory Academy Varsity as head coach and they won CIF. Jeffrey was a devoted family man. Jeffrey later worked for the City of Garden Grove as an irrigation specialist. While there, he always volunteered to help with Eagle Scout projects that involved city park improvements.
All of his life, Jeffrey tried to make everyone around him happy. He always had a smile on his face and wanted to help everyone, any way he could. He moved back to San Diego County and worked for Siteone Irrigation Supply and then Viejas Casino.
Jeffrey is survived by his daughters, Kiley and Cassidy, his brothers, Jay David Eskridge II, James Joseph Eskridge and Jason Daniel Eskridge, his parents, Jay and Ellen Eskridge, his uncles, Jack Eskridge and Valjean Eskridge, his aunts, Suzanne Mollenhauer and Suzanne Lemire, his ex-wife, Paige Blodgett and girlfriend, Leesa Pfister and many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Memorial service will be Monday, March 10, 2025 at 11:00 am at Erickson-Anderson Mortuary, 8390 Allison Ave, La Mesa, CA
