Allen Daniel Jr.

Allen Daniel Jr, 74 of LaGrange passed away on November 14, 2021 under the loving care of West Georgia Hospice. Allen was born on February 11, 1947 in LaGrange GA to Allen “Pete” Sr. and Helen Hearn Daniel. Allen was proceeded in death by his son, Allen “Pete” Daniel, III. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sue Fowler Daniel; his son, Walter (Holeigh) Daniel; his daughter, LeeAnn (Steve) Commerford; and grandchildren, Sky Daniel, Durham Daniel and Henning Daniel. Allen worked at Daniel Construction Company for over forty years. In 2013 he began working for Hills & Dales Estate where he enjoyed driving the trolley for visitors. For years, Allen could be found at the CEA during lunch playing basketball, enjoyed his breakfast group, and spending time with his family. Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at First United Methodist Church of LaGrange. The gathering of family and friends will be held immediately following the service in Wesley Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Allen’s memory to First United Methodist Church of LaGrange.
