Mrs. Lee was born November 25, 1948 in Arlington, WA, to the late Earl Sevier Green and Mary Mattieleen Ballard Robinson. She was a member of Second Baptist Church of LaGrange and volunteered at West Georgia Hospice. Mrs. Lee enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling. She will be remembered as an outdoor enthusiast and for her love of hummingbirds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Gerald Lee; her son, Robert Allen Lee; and two siblings.
Survivors include her children, Arthur Earl (Karen) Lee, of Portland, MI; Stella Lee of Gulfport, MS; and Beverly (Sherwin) Burford of LaGrange, GA; grandchildren, Glory Ledu, Audrey McCollum, Shelby Perry, Jace Smith, Colby Bridwell, Journey Burford, Kenly Bridwell, Gavin Burford, and Anthony Sherell; siblings, Rebecca Davis, Melvin Green, Stan Green, and Pennie Parker; six great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
The Gathering of family and friends will be 6:00pm until 7:00pm prior to the service at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary. Memorial services will be 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 15, 2018 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary.
