Barbara Joan Cole Cole Daigrepont

Mrs. Daigrepont was born May 15, 1935 in LaGrange, daughter of the late John William Cole and Minnie Glenn Railey Cole. She was a member of Dunson Baptist Church and was retired from Texas Power and Light Company as a distribution clerk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Paul Daigrepont, Jr., and a son, Victor Michael Daigrepont.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, John and Karen Daigrepont of Newnan, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Forrest Corne of Franklin, GA; grandchildren, Jenna and Brent Combs of LaGrange, Benjamin and Valerie Corne of Carrollton, GA, and Victoria Daigrepont of Carrollton, TX; one brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Jana Cole of The Woodlands, TX; and sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Harold Lane of Macon, GA.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Clay Snyder officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in Dallas, TX.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
