Betty Charlene Fountain

Mrs. Fountain was born November 7, 1928 in Birmingham, AL, daughter of the late Woodford Heflin Browning and Sara Frances Traylor Browning. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and an inspector at Kimberly Clark for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Steve Farrar; brothers, Ray Browning and Bruce Browning.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Patti Farrar; daughter, Freddie C. Brannen; Grandchildren, Haley (Buddy) Luke, Steven (Jackie) Farrar, Amy (Ed) Fraska, and Gary (Michelle) Brannen; several great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; one great great great grandchild; brother, Thomas Ralph (Sandie) Browning; other relatives and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held 10:00am Saturday, July 24, 2021 in Shadowlawn Cemetery with Rev. Brandon Brooks officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00am until service time at graveside.
