Dan Michael Eastridge

Dan was born February 23, 1957 in Langdale, AL, son of Dan Gafner Eastridge and Olga Elizabeth Lekopites Eastridge. He was a very active and dedicated member of Faith Baptist Church where he was involved with Sunday School, taught middle school boys Sunday School Class, scene director of Judgement Journey, and served an active role with the Easter play “He’s Alive”.

Dan was employed as a firefighter and EMT for many years during which time he served with the Troup County Fire Department, West Point Fire Department, and AMR Ambulance Service.

Survivors in addition to his parents, Dan and Olga Eastridge, include his wife, Allison Eastridge; children, Logan Eastridge, Jordan Eastridge, Josh Webb, Kendall (Cody) Anderson, and Payton Barr; and sister, Donna Eastridge (Charlie) Mosier.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Monday, May 4, 2015 at Faith Baptist Church with Reverend Donald Yancey officiating. Burial will follow in Meadoway Gardens Cemetery. The gathering of family and friends will be Sunday from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Faith Baptist Church.
