Demarrion Sanchez Carter

Demarrion was born June 12, 2010, in Thomaston, GA to Dernard Carter and Shatavia Denise Henderson. He was a student at Troup County Schools, a faithful member of Empowerment 3D Inc. and Relentless AAU.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Dernard Carter, Denarvious Carter, Macaiah Jeter, Denariah Carter and Shanariah Henderson; grandmother, Arland Henderson; grandfathers, Jack Dunlap and Eddie Carter; aunts, Ykiesha Henderson, Qienesha Render, Phylicia Dunlap, Rosemary Tuggle, Catherine (Roger) Neal, Wanda (Michael) Steed and Barbara Brown; uncles, Eddie (Sherry) Carter, Larry (Cheryl) Brown, Randy (Carol) Carter and Danny (Corrie) Revell; special cousins, Naqaiviun Blackmon, Monteveus Moton and Titus Dunlap.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Catherine Carter and Aunt, Carrisa Henderson and cousin, Quendarrious Woodyard.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday, April 22, 2025, in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary in LaGrange, Ga. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM April 23, 2025, at New Community Church LaGrange, Ga.

Demarrion will be laid to rest at Trinity CME Church Cemetery in Warm Springs Ga. following the service. The Repass will be held at the William J Griggs Recreational Center located at 716 Glen Robertson Dr. Lagrange, Ga.
