Dennis L. Smith

Mr. Smith was born October 11, 1946 in Atlanta, GA, son of the late Linwood Smith and Virginia Reed Smith. He was employed as a sales representative for General Wholesale Company. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Phillips Smith.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Bebe and Rick McMahan; son, Philip West; grandchildren, Lee McMahan, Maggie McMahan, McCray West, Mariah West, and Mason West; and cousins, including Butch and Donna Smith.

Celebration of Life services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, May 15, 2017 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Reverend Rick McMahan officiating. Graveside committal services will be 3:00 P.M. in Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge, GA.

The gathering of family and friends will be on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
