Doris Marie Lynch

Mrs. Lynch was born November 15, 1928 in Manchester, GA, daughter of the late Jesse Paul Ledford and Lois Watson Ledford. Mrs. Lynch was a loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother who’s greatest joy in life was her family. She loved to cook for and take care of anyone who walked through her door. She treated everyone like family and always had a smile on her face. She loved her family unconditionally and never missed an opportunity to tell them she loved them. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Kelly, grandson, Jeromy Lynch, and a son-in-law, Mike Bowen.

Survivors include her husband, Reid Lynch; 5 children, Linda (Jimmy) Barnes, Brenda Bowen, Randy (Debbie) Lynch, Chet (Bobbie Jo) Lynch and Shannon (Jennifer) Lynch; and 1 brother, Paul (Sandra) Ledford; Grandchildren; Sean (Cathi) Barnes, Kevin (Kathy) Bowen, Jenna (Jacob) Rice, Cody Lynch, Jordan Redden, Paisley Lynch; Five Great Grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held 12:30 P.M. Saturday, September 19, 2015 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Reverend S.T. Janney officiating. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memory Gardens. The gathering of family and friends will be on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
