Mary Elizabeth Simons

Mary Elizabeth Simons of Lagrange Georgia went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday May 30, 2025. She was born on April 11, 1975, and raised in Lagrange to the late James "Buster" Robinson and Linda Carpenter-Kitchens.

Mary was very devoted to her job, but most importantly to her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed making diamond art, but more than anything she enjoyed spending time with the ones she loved most, her family and grandchildren. If she was not at work, you could guarantee she was hard at work showing her family what a true selfless love was.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 35 years Wiley Simons, Mother, Linda Carpenter-Kitchens; stepfather, Lamar Kitchens; children, DJ (Izzy) Simons, Bob (Brianna) Simons, and Linda Marie Knight. Cherished grandchildren, Hayden Arrington, Braylee Simons, Addison Knight, Kohlmun Allen-Simons, Adelynn Knight, Payton Simons, Maycee Simons, and Paisley Knight. Nieces and Nephews, Mistie Thompson, Jordan and Troy Folds, Virginia Stokley, along with several other nieces and nephews; sisters, Gail Booker, Betty Spradlin, and Jamie Robinson Folds; special friends Lakisha Ann and Ms. Ramona.

A Gathering of family and friends will take place on Sunday June 8, 2025 at Hillcrest Baptist Church at 3637 Robert Hayes Road | Hogansville, GA 30230. Family will receive friends at starting at 2:00 P.M. with a Celebration of Life to follow at 3:00 P.M. Mary will be laid to rest at Meadoway Gardens following the service.
