Mr. Yost was born March 9, 1929 in Reading, PA, son of the late Ralph W. Yost and Wilma M. Meyers Yost. He was a faithful member of First Baptist Church on the Square where he sang in the choir. Mr. Yost proudly served his country in the United States Navy and later in the Air Force Civil Air Patrol as a Lt. Colonel. He retired from IBM as Staff Educator and finished his work tenure with Restlawn Memory Gardens as a Family Service Counselor.
Survivors include his loving wife of 38 years, Glenda K. Yost; sister, Sandra (Tom) Dennis; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Charlene (Tom) Smith; several other relatives and friends.
The Funeral Service will be held 11:00am Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the Restlawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum with Pastor Cade Farris and Rev. Paul Blair officiating. The family will greet those in attendance immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church on the Square in memory of Ralph H. Yost.
