Rebecca Anne Cooley

Mrs. Cooley was born April 7, 1955 in LaGrange, GA, daughter of the late Rev. Robert Lee Looney and Martha Carroll Looney. She was a member of Cedar Rock Baptist Church.

Mrs. Cooley retired from the Troup County School System, as an Assistant Manager Dietitian. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Rev. Tim Looney.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Cooley; sons, Chris (Jessica) Cooley; Joey (Debra) Cooley; daughter, Pamela (Allen) Marshall; 7 grandchildren; mother-in-law, Louise Cooley; sisters, Jane (Wayne) Jones; Janice Looney; brother, Rev. Robert (Christy) Looney; brother-in-law, Steve Cooley; other family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00 pm, Tuesday, October 1, 2013 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby with Rev. Richard Pursley and Rev. Robbie Looney officiating. The gathering of family and friends will be Monday, September 30, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Cedar Rock Church Cemetery in Woodbury.
