Rick Sponholz

Rick was born March 15, 1953 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Richard Sponholz and Lois Wimmer Vaclav.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Sponholz; children, Richard Sponholz, Michael Sponholz and Kimberly (Drew) Cavenaugh; grandson, Wesley Sponholz; sister Cheri Kitoman; nieces, Beth and Sarah Dorshak; nephew, Chad Sponholz.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M Monday, October 4, 2021 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary. The gathering of family and friends will be held Monday prior to the service from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to Callaway Gardens. You can do so by mailing a check with Rick’s name on the memo to: 100 Meadowview Lane, Pine Mt. GA 31822.
