Infant Zachariah Cook was born July 8, 2011 in LaGrange. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Efrain Mendez.
Survivors in addition to his mother and father include three sisters, Kayla Castillo, Ana Castillo, and Lilianna Cook; brother, Christian Cook; grandparents, Jane Stone, Jr Cook, and Ludivina Mendoza.
Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. today, July 23, 2011 in Restlawn Memory Gardens with Reverend Tina Deese officiating.
The family and friends will gather at the funeral home today from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
