Mr. David Dave Craig Hodge

He was a native of Moss Bluff, Louisiana. He graduated from Sam Houston High School in 2007 and he continued his education at Sowela Technical College. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake Charles. His hobbies included film making, riding with his top down, body building, and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his parents, Donald and Evia Hodge of Moss Bluff and his maternal grandparents, E.D. and Lucille Perry of Lake Charles; brothers, Christopher Fowler and wife Destiney of Moss Bluff, Donald Hodge, Jr. of Baton Rouge; sisters, Kimberly Fowler Willett and husband Marc of Germany, Teri Fowler Brown and husband Michael of Houston, TX, Rachel Hodge of Moss Bluff; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

His funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2009 at First Baptist Church of Lake Charles. The Dr. John White, Rev. Luke Liechty, Rev. Frances LaRocque, Rev. John Bodine will officiate. Burial will be in New Ritchie Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Thursday at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
