David Brian LeBleu

He was born in Lakewood, California and lived in LeBleu Settlement most all of his life. David was an owner operator for trucking companies. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He loved camping, boating and spending time on the water. David also loved sports including fantasy football. He especially loved taking vacations, traveling and spending time with his family. David was the life of the party always joking and was very giving to others. He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandpa aka GPa.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy LeBleu; son, Jamis LeBleu and wife, Tasha; daughter, Amy Sonnier; brothers, Daren LeBleu and Dwight LeBleu; grandchildren, Chasity Sonnier, Austin Sonnier, Ethan Sonnier, Koltin LeBleu and Korah LeBleu all of LeBleu Settlement. He was also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his beloved pet dog, Miss Lillie. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fredrick and Mary Jane LeBleu; son-in-law, Wendell Sonnier; and sister-in-law, Pam LeBleu.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 3pm to 9pm with a cursillo rosary at 6pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Visitation will resume on Sunday from 8am until the time of service.
