Helen Roberts Billiot, age 86, of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021 in Houma, Louisiana surrounded by her loving family. Helen was born May 2, 1935 in Port Arthur, Texas to Eleray and Donatile Leger LeBlanc.
Helen was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was very devoted to her family and loved being a stay at home mother taking care of her family.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents; father of her children, Alton Roberts Sr.; companion of 29 years Norris Billiot son, Alton Roberts Jr.; grandson, Chance Roberts; brother, Jasper Clifford LeBlanc; two sisters, Hilda Marshall and Hazel Lisotta.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Ernest Roberts and wife Jo Dee of Grand Lake, LA; daughter's, Geraldine Roberts and Donna Roberts both of Houma, LA; grandchildren , Jessica Roberts, Scotty (Katie) Roberts, Kaleb Roberts, Desiree Roberts, Curt Roberts, Debra Simmons; great-grandchildren, Kynleigh Roberts and Ryder Roberts.
Visitation will be held on Monday July 26, 2021 from 8am until 10am at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. A graveside service, led by Celebrant Jody Barrilleaux will be held on the same day at 10:30am at Hackberry cemetery.
