Icy F. McCauley

Lake Charles - Mary Icy F. McCauley, 85, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at her residence.

She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church and a retired school teacher.

She is survived by her son, Dan McCauley and wife Marion, sister-in-law, Nellie Minner and husband Tommy, brother-in-law, Carl Grimmett, grandchildren, Michael Ogletree and wife Amedia, Chris Ogletree, Kim Lamitina and husband Steve, 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Brawley McCauley, parents, Oscar and Vivian Fontenot, son, Brent McCauley, sisters, Maydell Chiasson, Tessie LaLonde, Ethel Lee Grimmett, brother, Jim Fontenot.

The family would like to thank Cal Cam Home Health and Odyssey Hospice.

Her service will be Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Msgr. Gaddy will officiate. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:00 p.m. and resume Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow at Consolata Cemetery.
