She was born in Kaplan and lived in Grand Chenier for 50 years prior to moving to Moss Bluff 5 years ago. She attended Holy Rosary Catholic Church and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Grand Chenier.
She is survived by her daughter, Claudette Fawvor Regan of Moss Bluff; 2 grandchildren, Melanie and Lily Regan both of Moss Bluff and a special friend, Betty Nunez. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Claude Fawvor; grandson, Nicolas Regan; son-in-law, Robert Steven Regan; brothers, Leon Broussard, Leonce Broussard, Odeonce Broussard, Robert Broussard, Paul Broussard, Elie Broussard Jr. and sisters, Agnes Broussard, Lucille Breaux, Anna Landry, Paula Cheek.
Her funeral will be 12 Noon Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will be in Kaplan Cemetery. Visitation will be at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles 4-9 p.m. Friday.
