Mamie Ruth Wynn

She was born in Marshall, TX, and was a long time resident of Calcasieu Parish. She was a past President of CCOA, Autumn Leaves, an active member of the University United Methodist Church in Lake Charles and an active member of the Cameron Home Demonstration Club for approximately 25 to 30 years. Mrs. Wynn was a proud homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother.

She is survived by her son, William Edward Wynn and wife Kay of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Natalie Fontenot and husband Lionel, William Jesse Wynn and wife Vickie, Charles Edward Wynn, Lindsey Wynn, Joshua Wynn and wife Amber, four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lee Wynn, son, Charles Harold Wynn and granddaughter, Lorraine Gay Wynn.

Her service will be 11am, Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Rev. Charlie Langford will officiate. Visitation will be Monday 4pm until 8pm and resume Tuesday from 8am until time of service. Interment will follow at Consolata Cemetery.
