

She was a devoted mother, grandmother and church member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was a kind and generous person, not only to family but her friends and neighbors as well. She cared for the sick and elderly with love and kindness. She owned and operated Silk Greenery and Nantiques on Ryan Street, next to Casa Manana, for 22 years. She was an avid antique enthusiast and gardener.
She is survived by her daughter, Connie Long of Houston, TX and husband, James, daughter, Amelia Lou and Kayla Leann; her son, Larry Dwayne Breaux and wife, Barbara, daughters, Hannah Rebecca, Anna Asher and Breanna Laine and son, Andrew Stephen; son, Don Ray Breaux and wife, Allison, son, Logan Adam and daughter, Andie Rae; and her great granddaughter, Abigail. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Breaux; parents, Russell and Dorothy McMillin. Her surviving siblings include, Margie Thillman of Dubuque, Iowa, Harvey McMillin and Harry McMillin of Lake Charles, LA and Bill McMillin and David McMillin of Baton Rouge, LA.
Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles with a short burial following at Prien Cemetery. Rev. Steve James will officiate.
