

He was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. He retired as an Instrument Engineer from PPG in May 1983 and also served in the U.S. Navy from 1944 - 1946 aboard the USS Princeton and was a WW ll Veteran. Mr. LeBlanc was a member of many clubs, NRA, Ducks Unlimited, Holiday Rambler Assoc. and the Good Sam Motor Home Club.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Gertrude (Trudy) Tate LeBlanc; sons, Steven Russell LeBlanc and wife Margaret LaBauve LeBlanc of Port Vincent, LA; Timothy Scott LeBlanc of Lake Charles; daughter, Trudy Lynn LeBlanc Bourgeois and husband C.J. of Toledo Bend; brothers, Preston LeBlanc of Ardoin Cove; Max LeBlanc and wife Laura of Ardoin Cove; sister, Deanna Gennuso of Lake Charles; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; seven nieces and six nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Liola LeBlanc and sister, Junella.

His service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday. September 22, 2012 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven. Msgr. James Gaddy will officiate. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:00 p.m. and resume Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be at Consolata Cemetery.
