Sandra Carline Busby

Lake Charles-Sandra LaRocca Busby, 67, passed away on April 21, 2014, at a local hospital.

She was born in Lake Charles and lived here all her life. She co-owned S & B Trucking and worked as a Dental Hygienist and also had her Real Estate License and she worked at the American Legion in Westlake. Sandra enjoyed traveling with her fiancé’, dancing and outdoor cook outs. She loved her family and friends and her dog TC.

She is survived by her sister, Linda A. LaRocca of Lake Charles; niece, Christina (Tina) Johnson of Lake Charles; granddaughter, Jamie Nunez and husband Daniel of Lake Charles and two great grandchildren, Grayson Drake and Madyson Denise Nunez of Lake Charles. She is also survived by her fiancé' Fred Naegele of Westlake and her best friend Burt Cannon of Lake Charles. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Busby; son, Jerry Busby; parents, Carlo A. LaRocca and Pauline Dent Matte.

A Memorial Service will be 10:00am, Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00am until time of service. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com
