Theresa Annabell Reed

She was born in Mamou, La to the late Otis and Laura Fontenot. She moved to Lake Charles and married Landry J Reed. She was a tailored seamstress who loved sewing for her family, a great cook and loved flower gardening. She was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church and a member of Catholic Daughters of Americas # 1377 and the weekly peace Rosary group of the church.

Survivors include her sons; Andy & wife Tricia Reed, Charlie Reed, Ronald & wife Paulette Reed, Keith & wife Amanda Reed, Paul & wife Sheila Reed, daughter, Toni Hoffpauir and husband Charlie, 12 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Landry J Reed, Sister, Dorothy Vines, grandson, Brennan Kyle Reed and son in law Herbert Thibodeaux, Sr.

Her service will be Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raphael Catholic Church in Iowa, La. Father Andreas Kedati will officiate. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Cursillo Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Prien Memorial Park Cemetery.
