Betty J. "Chickadee" Logan

Betty J. "Chickadee" Logan, age 90, of Lake Odessa passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at her home. She was born on May 12, 1925 to Harold and Ida (Stoll) Turner in Butler, IN. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and of Central United Methodist Church. Betty was a devoted mother and wife, always putting family first. She will be dearly missed by her children Larry (Claire) Logan of Knoxville, TN, Toad (Debbie) Logan of Lake Odessa, Monte Logan of Lake Odessa; daughter, Marcia Bytwerk of Grand Rapids; 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by; her parents, husband, Bobby Logan, brother, Robert Turner, sister, Kathryn Schlender and grandson Tony Logan. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Koops Funeral Chapel, 935 4th Ave, Lake Odessa, MI, 48849 from 2pm until 5pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015, 11am at the Koops Funeral Chapel. Burial will take place in the Lakeside Cemetery.
