Lou Livingston

Lou Livingston, age 94, of Clarksville, Michigan passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023. Lou was born on December 20, 1928 in Bellevue, Michigan to Carl and Oma Seelig. Lou worked at Amway for over 25 years. She was famous for her entertaining, whether it was her grandchildren or her famous Morrison Lake parties and family reunions, which gave her a chance to show off the hard work and pride she took in her home. Lou was an excellent cook, her strawberry shortcake recipe can't be replicated. She was also an artist spending many hours painting china.

Lou will be lovingly remembered by; her children Daniel (Kayomi) Livingston, Terrese Livingston-Goodemoot, Dianne Reed, grandchildren; Daniel's children Mika Baptista, Kana (Jason Gomez) Livingston, Luke Livingston, Terrese's children Aaron (Stephanie) Carpenter, Tiffiny Carpenter, Christina (Dustin) Carpenter, Heather Carpenter, Dianne's children Kelly (Douglas) Dalman, Holly (David) Nysse, 17 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren, special daughter in law Hideko Livingston, along with many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in are her parents, husband Wilbur, siblings; Fanchon (Vett) Cowles, Bessie (Bill) Francis, Charles (Louellen) Seelig, Harry (Natalie) Seelig and son-in-laws Kenneth Goodemoot and Scott Reed.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023 11am at the Clarksville Cemetery.

Memorial in Lou's name can be given to Faith Hospice.
