I will always cherish my time with Aunt Evelyn. She had a way of making me feel like part of her family. I am so thankful that I was able to speak to her recently, and say goodbye. Find comfort knowing that she is asleep in Jesus, and in a twinkling of an eye she will be awakened anew. Evelyn will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at their loss. I Thess. 4:13-18 Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. According to the Lord's own word, we tell you that we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Dear Family,  Words cannot fully convey the deep sense of sadness at the death of my Aunt Evelyn.  I can't think of Campmeeting or Christmas growing up without remembering Aunt Evelyn. As heavy as my heart is with grief, I find peace and comfort in all the wonderful memories shared with Gram, Aunt Evelyn and all of you.  You always made Gram and I feel special, when you included us in the family get togethers at the holidays. Dear Family,  We were not able to get the time off for the funeral as we just had taken time off work for Kristy's wedding. We were very sorry to hear of Aunt Evelyn's passing, but didn't have addresses to send letters to. We wanted to send a contribution to Aunt Evelyn's favorite charity. I guess we will send it to the Delton Church if there isn't a specific charity. We have many fond memories of Campmeetings with  Aunt Evelyn and Terry, of course, has many more from the farm.
