Van Arthur Russell

Van Arthur Russell, age 73, of Lake Odessa passed away unexpectedly at Magnum Care of Hastings on Saturday, May 30, 2015. He was born on March 19, 1942 in Grand Rapids to Alvin Russell and LaGreta Russell. Van enjoyed working as a handyman or whatever he could find to keep himself busy. He also enjoyed puzzles of any kind, westerns and reading. Van is survived by his siblings; Beatrice Burton, Robert Rittenberg and Rose Rosquin, along with many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are his parents, brothers Roger Rittenberg and James Rittenberg. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the Koops Funeral Chapel, 935 4th Ave., Lake Odessa, MI from 2pm until 4pm and 6pm until 8pm.
