Andrea Natalia Hubbard

Andrea Natalia Hubbard, 42 years old of Royal Palm Beach, FL, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016, ending a long battle with ovarian cancer. Her unparalleled strength, dignity, and selfless love impacted everybody that knew her. Andrea loved and she was loved.

Andrea was preceded in death by her mother, Justine “Jess” Marin, and mother-in-law, Barbara Short Hubbard.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Stephen Paul Hubbard; father, Louis A. Marin; brother, Louis R. Marin (Candace), brother, Sean Marin; father-in-law, James E. Hubbard Jr.; brother-in-law, James M. Hubbard (Beth); grandparents, Hipolitto and Peggy Marin; and a multitude of loving aunts, uncles, nephews, and cousins.

Andrea was born on May 13, 1974 in Brooklyn New York. On Glenwood Road she and her little brother Louis attended Our Lady of Refuge elementary school while being raised surrounded by the love of the tight-knit Marin family and many close family friends.

In 1984 the four of them relocated to West Palm Beach. In 1992 Andrea graduated from John I Leonard High School, and soon thereafter moved to Oxnard, CA where she could be close to her extended family and begin her professional career in the insurance industry.

Andrea met Stephen in California, and the two of them moved back to Florida in 2002. Back with her family, which then included another little brother Sean, Andrea worked in the property title department at Fidelity National Title and then as an account manager at Crio in West Palm Beach. Stephen and Andrea were married in 2007 and lived happily in Royal Palm Beach.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Thursday, December 15, from 5-6PM, with a service following at 6:00PM, at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home.
