Beverly Teeter Larson

Bev was a beloved wife to Richard Larson, mother to Scott and James Larson and grandmother to Mackenzie and Annabella. Bev’s focus throughout her life has always been family. She always put her family and her family’s happiness before her own and worked hard to bring joy to everyone around her.

Bev graduated from Palm Beach Junior College and began a career in technology, starting at Pratt Whitney from 1971 to 1977 before taking a break to stay home with her children.

She later rejoined the work force starting as a school aide; through this position she discovered a joy in teaching children about technology. She followed this passion to become the school’s technology director and worked in computer technology throughout the school district before retiring in 2011.

Her greatest joys in life included traveling with her husband and family. Throughout her life she made many trips across the United States and continued every year to plan trips with her family to the family’s favorite destination of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. She was an active member in the Beta Sigma Phi sorority for 55 years.

A visitation for Beverly will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth. A funeral service will take place on Friday, February 11, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the funeral ome. A committal service will follwo at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
