

Born on October 11, 1943 in Santurce, Puerto Rico he was the son of the late Francisco, Sr. and Paula (Lopez) Matos.
He was a retired Bus Driver and Inspector of the Queens Transit Corporation. Currently he was working as chauffer for Barrington Memory Care Facility.
Frank was a member of the Anchor Lodge 729 College Point Queens, NY as a Master Mason Degree, Universal Masonic: Knights of the York-Senior Deacon, a life member of St. George Council, Order of Anointed Kings, recipient of the Knights of the York Cross of Honor, Shriner. Now he continues his journey of support through the Shriners – As we know and expect, Frank’s achievements will now endure with those who came before him
He was very passionate of his family, friends, music, art, golf, collectibles and a part time stand-up comedian.
He is survived by his daughters and sons, Debbie Matos (Sue Pernick), Denise Matos (Douglas Buchner), Kelly Warner, James Matos, Daniel P. Matos (Darren Delaney); brothers and sisters, Carmelo Matos (Maria Matos), Angel L. Matos (Alicia Matos), Miriam Cavanagh (Michael Cavanagh); grandchildren; grandchildren; nieces and nephews and beloved friend to all.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday July 19 at 4pm at the Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth.
