Beloved son, brother, and uncle. Was and will forever be loved so very much. Jim had a kind and loving heart and a smile that lit up the room. He was fun, funny and wasn’t shy to put on a silly act. He enjoyed being active. As a kid some of his favorite things to do were to play roller hockey in the cul-de-sac with his brother, cousins, and friends. He enjoyed surfing, fishing, and anything to do with the ocean. Jim was also an animal lover, a nature boy who enjoyed hiking, camping, and living off the land.
Jim aspired to one day have his own place in rural Tennessee. A quiet peaceful place in nature that he could call his own. Although he was nature boy, he was also a fashionista; often dawning a new cap, a nice pair of Reeboks and a fresh cut. Jim was a professional painter who loved his job, took the fine details seriously and expected his peers to do the same. He was also a great chef, especially on the grill. He could sure grill up a mean steak.
Jim had so much to give, and He left us too soon. We love and miss him and will forever hold him in our hearts and thoughts. He is now the warmth of the sun, the sound of the wind through the trees, a breeze that brushes past and refreshes the skin, a shooting star or a vibrant rainbow, Jim is now pure, true positive energy. Until we meet again dear Jimmy. We love you.
James Alexander is survived by his loving mother, father, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews, step-father and a large family filled with aunts, uncles and cousins who love and will miss him dearly.
