James Carothers Milligan III, 63, passed away on Oct 28, 2016. He was born in West Palm Beach, FL. His greatest love in life was his wife and his children. If you ever wanted to find Jim, you would find him out on the water; he was passionate about fishing and teaching others how to fish. He had a heart of gold and had patience like no other. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan; children Stefanie, Chad, and Jon Adams; and four sisters, Annie LaFlamme, Pamela Riccardo, Susie Richardson, and Margo Leech. Jim will be forever missed. A Celebration of Life will be on Sat, Nov 5, 2016 at 11:00 am at Dorsey E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33461. Arrangements under the direction of Dorsey-E.
