

He was born and raised in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He had served with the 101st Airborne
Division during the Viet Nam Conflict, because of his injuries, Joe received a Purple
Heart. In 1977 he moved to this area where he met his wife Deborah. They have been married
for 33 years. He was the owner of Pro Wallcovering of the Palm Beaches for 22 years.
Joe was a member of the American Legion Post 0047 of Lake Worth. He enjoyed playing pool with his
legion buddies. Joe was a consumte Steeler fan, not missing a game on t.v, or a chance
to attend a game. His survivors include; his wife Deborah, 3 children Stephanie of Lantana, Joseph, Jr.
of Lake Worth, and Frank II, of West Palm Beach. He also leaves to cherish his memory 2
grandchildren Christian Mantle- Marell and Mackenzie Busse, his sister Donna Clay of Virginia,
and Michael (Elena) Marell of New Jersey, and his nieces and nephews.
His family and friends will gather on Saturday, September 1st at the funeral home between
1:00 & 2:00 PM, when his life will be celebrated at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to
the American Legion Post 0047 2315 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth, FL. 33460 would be greatly
appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to
