She went peacefully to be with the Lord on July 23, 2022 at 8:05pm; joining her husband George Alvey, her younger Sister Catarina Alvarado, Brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws and all of her closest friends.
Mary Lou leaves behind her daughter Mary Elizabeth Finn-Goldstein, Ronald Goldstein-H, Grandchildren Katy Jane Finn, Reece Paul Goldstein, Ronald William Goldstein, Son-George Dennis Alvey II, Godson Jesus Alvarado, Sisters-in-law Frances Alvey-Walker, Nancy Alvey Meyer, June Alvey Hubbard, Many Loving Nieces and Nephews, and Family Friends that endearingly called her Mom.
She will always be remembered for her warm hugs, delicious cooking (especially Mexican), her love to dance, and her kind heart. Though she came into this world with lack, she left a legacy of generosity, acceptance and unconditional love. Her prayer life rivals those of saints and Faith in God to be admired.
Known as Mary Lou, Wife, a Mother, Grandma, Aunt, Tia, Sister, Daughter, Friend, Neighbor and Faithful Servant. She will always & forever be my Mommy. We love you mucho!
