

Mica is preceded in death by her beloved husband Eduardo and son Francisco, three sisters; Begona (Fidel), Miren (Angel), Amaya (Sergio), three brothers; Sabin (Doris), Inaki, Jon (Caridad "Cachita"). She is survived by her brother Andoni (Lilia), and a sister-in-law Pilar.
She is survived by her three children; Eduardo (Wanda), Ana (Steve), Jorge (Patricia), five grandchildren; Alex, Andrew, Sara, John, Emily (Michael), and two great-grandchildren; Brayden and Maisy.
"Mica" was born on February 19, 1930, in Sancti Spiritus, Cuba to Pedro and Juana "Lala" Mendiguren-- both from Viscaya, Spain. She graduated from La Escuela del Hogar College and was married to her husband Eduardo for 60 years. In 1969 her family arrived in West Palm Beach, Fl, and have resided locally for 53 years.
She is remembered as a loving wife, kind and generous mother, and grandmother, always smiling and giving plenty of abrazos.
The viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 341 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, Fl 33461, from 5 pm to 9 pm. The funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Saint Luke Catholic Church, 2892 S. Congress Ave., Palm Springs, Fl 33461 at 11:00 am, interment will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
