Peter J. Kelly

Peter J. Kelly, 87, of Boynton Beach, passed away in his home after a brief illness. He was born in Butte, Montana, living in Colorado. Mr. Kelly served with the army during WWII in the CBI Pacific Theatre. After serving his country

he then moved to New York living there for many years before coming to Boynton Beach in 1973.

Mr. Kelly had been Director of Land Acquisition for Palm Beach County until his retirement 20 years ago.

He was an active parishioner at St. Mark Catholic Church where he served as an Eucharist Minister, he was also past president of the Board of Directors at Palm Beach Leisurville. He leaves his wife of 65 years Marjorie,

3 sons Peter and his wife Linda of Massachusetts, Edwin and his wife Regina of New Hampshire and

James and his wife Victoria of Boynton Beach, 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Mark Catholic Church on Thursday at 2:00 PM. Mr.

Kelly will be inurned at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Fl.
