Ernest A. Arellano 90, passed away surrounded by his loving family on April 14, 2016 at Bethany Nursing Home in Lakewood after a long illness. He was born in Leadville, Colorado on July 3, 1925 to José Narciso and María Ursula Arellano. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant daughter, three brothers and a sister.
Ernest is survived by his children; Sandy Baca-Sandoval (Ron), Kenneth Arellano (Linda), Ernie Arellano (Linda) and Peggy Arellano, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
A memorial is planned for April 29, 2016 at Advantage Stevenson Mortuary, 6425 W. Alameda, at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the American Legion, 5110 W. Morrison Rd. He lived a great and fulfilling life and will be greatly missed by everyone.
