Kathleen Ann Flynn

Kathleen Ann Flynn, aged 82 of Lakewood, Colorado, slipped from this life on Sunday, February 18th, 2024. She was born October 14, 1941, in Grand Rapids, Michigan to the late John R and Angela G (Czapran) Young.

Kathy graduated from Our Lady of Providence High School in 1959. She attended Ursuline College and graduated from DePaul University in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology. She Married Colin Flynn of Illinois in 1967 and they later moved to Colorado. Kathys’ marriage to Colin ended in divorce in 1995. Kathy was a medical technologist for many years at Porter Hospital in Denver, Colorado. She also worked at Quest Diagnostics and most enjoyed her career and coworkers at Five Rings Financial.

Kathy is remembered by her loving daughter, Stephanie; son in law, David; granddaughter, Carter; nephew, Nicholas (Jennifer); niece, Alison (Jelani); as well as additional extended family and friends.
