Services will be held at the Arvada United Methodist Church located at 6750 Carr St. Arvada, CO 80004, on Saturday April 1, 2017 at 11:00am. The Reverend Rusty Butler will be officiating the services. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Phillip may be made to the ALS Association's Rocky Mountain Chapter at: www.alsarockymountain.org
