I also had the pleasure of working with Ron. Some of my best memories came from playing softball and the post game gatherings we shared. Ron was always an energetic positive caring friend . Ron always made everyone around him feel welcome and loved.Nothing could wake up and energize a softball field more than just the simple act of dropping an ice cube down Ron's shirt. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mary and the Family.

Ron was a kind and caring person who made friends wherever he went. Rhonda and I would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Mary and the entire family over Ron’s passing. Ron always had a smile, and a willing hand to help someone. That is unless he was holding a big mug of ice tea in hand. He touched so many people in so many wonderful ways. He was a good man, a dear friend and someone who deeply loved his family.

Many of us have fond memories of Ron playing softball, attending ball games, and having fun at picnics. I’d like to share a story about Ron that I cherish to this day.

Ron and I worked for an appliance manufacturer in Denver some years back. I walked into his office and he got a call from a lady upset about her washing machine. Ron was very professional and courteous, and offered a number of options to help her out. The lady on the other end of the phone was having none of it. Apparently the lady offered up another option of bringing the washer down to the office and suggested a place where Ron could place it. The suggestion however was anatomically impossible. Ron never flinched and was as cool as a cucumber. He explained to the lady that her suggestion was impossible because someone had already placed a refrigerator there. The lady ended the phone call, I roared with laughter, and Ron simply smiled. Ron became a legend in the office that day.

We will all miss Ron but we have memories to cherish until we meet up with him again. May God bless and comfort the family, and may He welcome Ron into his heavenly kingdom. May Ron receive His mercy and blessings for the rest of time. Love and miss you Ron, see you down the road.
