Sandra (Sandy) Leonard was an amazing woman who always felt compelled to take care of people (kids, as well as adults). She loved to cook/bake and often shared her goodies and friendship with the neighborhood. She enjoyed drawing and doing other people's hair, perms were her specialty. She loved the Broncos and especially liked Wide Receiver Ed McCaffrey. Once meeting him she was so star struck that she couldn't say a word. She often called her nieces, nephews and other family, to ask for a guess on the score of the upcoming football game (a donut as the prize). She was very proud to share that she was able to watch the Broncos win their first Super Bowl, live in San Diego.
Her love and thoughtfulness will be missed by everyone who knew her, but especially her husband Rich, Daughter Deb (Norm), granddaughter Kim and her beloved Gizmo.
